Document integrity
Sheet indexes, details, specifications, symbols, tags and references. Identify missing or inconsistent information that leaves bidders interpreting the scope.
Full-service constructability review for owners and developers. We connect the details across your drawings and specifications—so your team can clarify scope, resolve coordination gaps and keep construction moving.

Plan Logic brings a structured construction review framework to the process. We review the document set as one coordinated project. The goal is to surface missing information, conflicting requirements and field constraints while the design team can still clarify them.
Sheet indexes, details, specifications, symbols, tags and references. Identify missing or inconsistent information that leaves bidders interpreting the scope.
Architectural and structural backgrounds, doors, drainage, glazing, waterproofing and MEP interfaces. Follow conflicts across the documents that govern them.
Equipment installation and maintenance space, accessibility, system transitions and physical constraints. Test whether the documented design supports practical execution.
Unclear responsibilities, incompatible requirements and document-supported cost or schedule risks. Turn the findings into decisions your team can address before award.
Each applicable review is tied to the documents provided. Supporting technical outputs and revision back-checks are defined in the proposal.

More than 30 years connecting design, development and construction. A career built around understanding the documents, anticipating the next constraint and keeping the work moving.
Adel Suarez is a licensed general contractor whose career began in architectural offices, developing construction drawings and building his knowledge of code, life safety and coordination. He later moved into developer representation, field supervision, project management, operations and executive leadership—carrying the design perspective into every stage of his work.
His construction philosophy is practical: understand the building as one system, verify what the documents require and consider how each decision affects the next trade, inspection or release. Identify the constraint, clarify responsibility and document the decision before the work is disrupted.
Adel started at Robert Swedroe Architects in 1993, drafting and helping prepare construction documents for the Blue and Green Diamond condominium towers on Miami Beach. His design-side career also included work at Sieger Suarez, Nichols Brosch Sandoval, Kobi Karp, and Dorsky Hodgson and Partners.
Across those offices and related work for architects, engineers and life safety consultants, he developed experience in drafting, code research, life safety and coordination. He learned to read architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety together—and to ask what happens when the lines on separate drawings must occupy the same physical space.
In 2005, Adel joined Florida East Coast Realty as a developer’s representative on Opera Tower, a 56-story, 620-unit condominium project. Working from the owner’s side connected design decisions with cost, schedule, coordination and the responsibilities involved in delivering a high-rise.
In 2007, Adel moved into the construction side of the industry, bringing his architectural and owner-representation experience into field supervision and project management. Over more than fifteen years, he worked across airport facilities, senior housing, condominiums, apartments, hotels, offices and mixed-use projects. He progressed into senior project management on developments such as Wynwood 25, Wynwood Annex, YotelPAD Miami, Wynwood 27 and Wynwood 28, connecting design requirements with trade coordination and field execution.
As Director of Operations at Integra-Build, his focus broadened to operations and project execution, including Biscayne Shores & Villas.
A drawing is part of a coordinated system. Follow the interfaces across disciplines instead of treating each sheet as a separate answer.
Start with drawings, specifications and supporting requirements. Identify missing or conflicting information and make the clarification specific.
A dimension or equipment choice affects access, procurement, installation, inspections and another trade’s ability to proceed. Review the downstream consequences.
Anticipate constraints, identify who must decide and document the resolution. Bring questions forward while the team still has time to act.
Plan Logic brings those perspectives together: how construction documents are produced, how owners evaluate decisions and how contractors organize and execute the work. The review focuses on supported findings, clear sources, practical exposure and recommended clarifications that the project team can address.
Adel’s approach is to understand the issue wherever it crosses a professional or trade boundary, follow it through the related documents and help the team reach a clear decision.
Clearer plans, smoother projects.Clear findings only help when people can locate, discuss and resolve them. Your review package connects the report, the comment log and the marked drawings.
Coordinated findings
Printed sheet references
Decision owners & project exposure
Findings grouped by discipline and drawing sheet, with the condition, recommended clarification, decision owner and project exposure.
A register of the supplied drawing sheets, titles, issue dates and revisions. Establishes which documents formed the review baseline and highlights missing sheets or inconsistent issues.
A consolidated reference for project information, systems, materials and requirements identified in the supplied documents. Gives the team a clear view of the project and information needing confirmation.
Clouds and comment keys connect each finding to its location on the original drawing sheets, making issues easier to locate and discuss.
An editable record of the findings for the team to track responses, assign follow-up and manage clarifications through resolution.
A defined review baseline. A coordinated examination. Clear findings your team can act on.
Confirm the project, current document issue and the milestone ahead. Identify the available drawings, specifications and supporting information, then agree on the review scope and timing.
Cross-check the disciplines, details and requirements that must work together. Verify potential conflicts against the supplied documents and follow each issue through its related interfaces.
Consolidate overlapping comments and identify the condition, drawing references, recommended clarification, decision owner and exposure. Deliver the report, drawing log, project data, keyed markups and editable comment log.
The responsible project team reviews the findings and coordinates the clarifications. A separately scoped back-check can compare revised documents with the earlier comments to identify what is addressed or remains open.
Bring the current documents and the next project milestone. We will confirm the review baseline, scope and delivery timing before work begins.
When the bid or permit package is developed enough for meaningful cross-discipline review and there is still time to respond before contracting. Contact us with your issue date and milestone so we can define a workable review window.
Provide the current drawing set and specifications, along with available surveys, geotechnical reports, schedules, addenda and other project documents. Plan Logic checks the supplied project documents for coordination and consistency. We establish the review baseline and identify missing inputs at the start.
Plan Logic is designed as a straightforward plan-check service. The review scope, fee and expected delivery date are confirmed before work begins. Contact us to discuss your review and required timing.
No. The review supports the owner and project team with construction-focused observations and recommended clarifications. Design revisions remain with the responsible design professionals, and permit approval remains with the authority having jurisdiction.
Yes. A separately defined back-check can compare updated documents with the prior findings and report what has been addressed or remains open.
Tell us about your project and assemble the complete document set you want reviewed. Use the latest coordinated issue of the drawings and specifications, together with the supporting information that governs the work.
The intended workflow sends the completed Constructability Report to Adel for quality control and final verification before client release.
